Généralités
Sindai est la principale ville de l'Etat du <a href="/index.php?title=Continental_State&action=edit" class="new" title="Continental State">Continental State</a>, l'un des 17 Etats Fédéraux de la Nation de <a href="/index.php/Simland" title="Simland">Simland</a>. La ville compte environ 640 000 habitants dans les quartiers principaux. Cette ville est une pôle dynamique : la mairie a investit beaucoup d'argent pour développer la culture (salles de cinéma, réhabilitation de vestiges de la colonisation néerlandaise, musées sur l'histoire de la ville,...) et les sports (création de la cité sportive, inscription prochaine de l'ASSC en S-Ligue,...). La ville de Sindai accueille également de grandes sim-compagnies comme <a href="/index.php?title=Plan%C3%A8te_Sim&action=edit" class="new" title="Planète Sim">Planète Sim</a> ou <a href="/index.php?title=Userbar_Creation&action=edit" class="new" title="Userbar Creation">Userbar Creation</a>. La ville vit surtout du "tourisme culturel", mais, c'est aussi une grande technopôle grâce à la création d'une grand parc Hautes Technologies nommé <a href="/index.php/Makori" title="Makori">Makori</a>. La ville devient aussi une grande ville étudiante.

Sindai est une ancienne colonie néerlandaise.

La ville continue à réhabiliter les anciens bâtiments, vestiges de la colonisation néerlandaise, afin d'en faire des lieux culturels retracant l'histoire de la ville.
