Le 435 Utopia Street est un gratte-ciel de bureaux situé à Medrean City dans l'état de Méridionie. Culminant à une hauteur de 125 mètres, il dispose de 31 étages de bureaux qui sont actuellement occupés par plusieurs entreprises. Le bâtiment est situé dans le quartier d'affaires de North Downtown, à proximité de la rivière qui traverse la ville avant de se jeter dans le lac Oméga.
Le bâtiment est aujourd'hui occupé par les entreprises G-Wa Graphism du 27ème au 31ème étage, AB Simland Corporate du 20ème au 26ème étage, le cabinet d'avocats Allen&Overy du 10ème au 29ème étage ainsi qu'une succursale de la Banque de Montréal du 3ème au 9ème étage.
Architecture
Si il est loin d'être le plus haut de la ville, le 435 Utopia Street est certainement l'un des gratte-ciel les plus beaux de Medrean City en raison de son élégant mur rideau en verre et en marbre de carrare.
