Résidence du 1er Ministre

Le Premier Ministre de Simland (parfois raccourci PM), est le plus important des Ministres du Gouvernement de Simland.

Il n'est cependant pas, comme dans la plupart des démocraties, le chef du gouvernement, ce rôlé étant assumé par le Président. Le Premier Ministre est le bras droit du Président, sa liaison avec les autres membres de son gouvernement.

Le Premier Ministre s'assure que tous les projets du gouvernement avancent et prennent forme et il supervise pratiquement toutes les fonctions du gouvernement. Il peut être considéré comme un «Superministre». Il s'occupe de certains projets qui ne peuvent être attribué à un Ministère donné.

Si le Président doit s'absenter trop longtemps, c'est le Premier Minsitre qui prend en charge les responsabilités.

Le PM n'est pas élu par le peuple mais nommé par le Président, et n'a pas à répondre à un quelconque critère de sélection. Tout membre inscrit peut être nommé. Généralement, il demeure à son poste durant la totalité du mandat présidentiel, mais il peut remettre sa démission au Président à tout moment avec un préavis.

L'actuel Premier Ministre en fonction est M. Max.
