Infos

New Clark City, abrégée NCC, est une ville du Simland Méridional, l'un des 17 états de Simland. La ville est composée de grands quartiers, dont les plus importants sont : Le Centre-Ville, Arcadia, Little-West-Coast et l'Industrial District. Le maire de NCC est MsieuDupont1.

La ville est située au nord-ouest de Westfield, et au sud-ouest d'Arrandale, avec ces deux villes, NCC forme une conurbation, la deuxième du Simland Méridional, après l'Alliance SOLOMETA; il s'agit de la West Coast Union ! NCC fait aussi partie de Simlandia [1].

La population de NCC est de 901.740 habitants en comptant l'aire urbaine, la population au centre-ville est de 800.000 habitants !

Dans cette ville approchant à grande vitesse du million d'habitants, se trouvent les sièges de deux sociétés filiales d'Aperture International :
Acom Industries, et Aperture Games.

Histoire

New Clark City a été fondée en 1775, par des colons hollandais qui cherchaient l'Australie. Lesdits colons se sont installés
autour d'une baie située dans le nord de l'actuel Simland Méridional. Le nom est originel de la ville hollandaise d'ou ils
provenaient, avec un petit Niews devant : Niews Klaark Stad ! Cela signifiant : Ville nouvelle de Klaark; Ils vivaient de la pêche et du commerce avec les colons d'autres villes simlandaises, c'est d'ailleurs pour cela que le port de NCC est si développé ! Puis, en 1941, les Anglais sont arrivés sur la belle côte du SD, et après avoir pris la ville, ils l'ont renommée New Clark City ! L'état anglais n'a pas duré longtemps, l'indépendance du New Clark County s'est prononcée après un référendum qui a longtemps opposé les patriotes de la ville au généraux anglais... Heureusement, un groupe de pacificateurs, le "Make Peace, not War" (Expression souvent utilisée par la suite) a empêché les Anglais de trucider les pionniers ! Ainsi donc, le New Clark County est resté indépendant de 1959 jusqu'à l'unification de Simland en 2003.
