Le Porte-Parole du Gouvernement de Simland est responsable d'exprimer à la presse, et donc à l’opinion publique, la position et l’opinion du gouvernement sur certains sujets et de garder la population informée sur les activités du gouvernement. Au même titre que les ministres, le porte-parole est nommé par le Président lors de la formation de son gouvernement.
